We're old, unable to move and see but not getting old age pension, Pls help...

Mamta Rajwade is visiting Lainpara village in Khariadama panchayat of Balrampur block and district of Chhattisgarh where she meets with half a dozen old people who tell her that they are unable to move around and are almost blind and they have been submitting application for old age pension for a long time but local officers don’t even take the application.
