No handpump for 100 people, we fetch dirty river water from half a kilometer...

Around 100 people live here in ward no 4 of Sonhara village and panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh but there is no handpump or other source of water. We need to walk more than half a km to get dirty water from river and people are falling ill. This was proposed in panchayat many times but no progress has been made till now say villagers to Sarla Shriwas.
