People died by snake bite during defecation but Govt doesn't help with toilets...

We go more than a kilometer to defecate. People have died in past when bitten by snake during that as our village is surrounded by forest. This was complained to officials many times but no one is paying attention say village women of Linepara village under Dumerkhol panchayat of Balrampur block and district in Chhattisgarh to Sarla Shriwas.
