There is no hand pump in Sarnapara and we 7 families need to walk a kilometer to get water. This was complained in panchayat many times but no one is paying attention say villagers of Sarnapara under Ghaghra panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh to Sarla Shriwas.
