We have 3 hand pumps in our Schoolpara but 2 of them are in bad condition and are throwing very little water. We need to walk a km to get the water from school. This was complained in panchayat many times in last few months but no one is paying attention say Mahendra from Ghagra village and panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh to Govind Pandro.
