We've poles, wires but no electricity, complaint to officers don't help, Pls help...

Poles were erected but we don’t have electric connection till date in Mathapara and Murli Patera mohalla under Kochariya village and panchayat of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh. 35 families in our Mohalla and some people in other mohallas are forced to live in dark. This was complained to electric dept but no action has been taken says Shiv Kumar Yadav to Govind Pandro. You are requested to call Sarpanch@8889080553 and Collector@9424207722 to help.
