If someone falls ill it is difficult to take them to hospital because condition of connecting road to our village is bad so ambulance or other vehicles can not reach there. It is muddy in rains so difficult for children to go to school say villagers of Chhatarpur village and panchayat in Ramchandrpur block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh to Govind Pandro.
