NREGA: No payment from a year, people readying to migrate

Khuturam Sunani is interviewing a labor in Bolangir district of Odisha who says they worked under NREGA more than a year back but they have not got the wages. He says the law says the NREGA payment will be done in 7-15 days and all the laborers are in dire need of money.
