No water supply from 3 years, complaints to officers, elected reps don't help...

Water supply is stopped from 3 years in ward no 45 of Muzaffarpur because water pump is broken says social activist Shailendra Shrivastav from Malighat, Muzaffarpur district in Bihar to Sunil Kumar. This was complained to elected ward members and city commissioner but no action has been taken. People are fetching water from distance.
