No ration card in entire panchayat, complaints do not help

Kedar Sunani from Ghantiguda Gram Panchayat says no one has got Above Poverty Line ration cards in the entire Panchayat. He says though his panchayat is a poor panchayat and they have complained to all the officers but no one has got the ration cards and the next panchayat elections are nearby.
