We've electric poles from 2005 but no wire, transformer so live in darkness...

25 Adivasi families live here in Patrapara but we don’t have electricity. Poles were erected in 2005 but neither transformer has been fitted nor wires are drawn. So we are forced to live in the dark. This was complained to electric dept including collector many times but no action has been taken say villagers of Patrapara under Govindpur village and panchayat in Ramanujnagar block of Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh to Sarla Shriwas.
