Work for our village primary school building started in 2007, still incomplete...

Our village primary school building is being constructed from 2007-08 but remains incomplete thus more than 100 children need to go outside to study. This was complained to many higher officials many times but no progress has been made till now say villagers of Govindpur village and panchayat in Ramanujnagar block of Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh to Sarla Shriwas.
