No hand pump in our part of village, drinking water from stream, please help...

Sachin Pratap Singh is calling from Dhuvatal village Post Behrasi in Bharatpur block of Korea district in Chhattisgarh and says there is no source of water in ward no 2 thus villagers are forced to drink water from stream. This was complained to Sarpanch and secretary including MLA but they don’t respond. They want a hand pump for their part of village.
