5 handpumps, all throw smelly water, pipeline not functional from 10 years...

We have 5 hand pumps in our village but all are throwing red water and people are falling ill drinking this smelly water. Pipeline was laid 10 years back by Public Health and Engineering dept but water tank has not been constructed yet says villager from Devanpara village, Ladkora panchayat in Bharatpur block of Korea district in Chhattisgarh to Sunil Kumar.
