Raju Rana is visiting Barnag village under Khadki panchayat in Lohardaga district in Jharkhand and talking to Dasharath Bhagat who tells him that 10 of them had worked on digging a canal under NREGA in 2012-13 for 30 days but are still waiting for wages.
