Narmada Yadav is calling from Kukdur village in Pandariya block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh and says he and many other are not getting caste certificate though July 15 is last date for college admissions. We are a landless family and living here from more than 60 years. Tehsildar is demanding land documents which we don’t have.
