We got electricity a year back in our Baiga village but no light from a month...

Naresh Bunkar is visiting Devan Patpar village under Bhelki panchayat in Pandariya block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh and talking to villagers who tell him that in their village of Baiga adivasis electricity came a year back but it is not working from last one month and they are again living in dark.
