No water in Dalit basti, toilets not completed in year, students not got stipend...

Santosh Ahirwar is calling from Bandhakpur village in Damoh district in Madhya Pradesh where he is visiting the Dalit basti ( ward no 13,14) today. He says here is no hand pump or well. There are more problems in the village.Work on construction of latrines started a year ago but is still incomplete. In local school children have not got their stipend fro 3 years.
