Saggan Shah Markam traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Bhangawan village in Jaba block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell him that the village of dalits and adivasis is there from 1972 but no one listens to their repeated request for electricity.
