Traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra Umeshwari Dugga has reached Lohgarh in Jaba block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell her that they have a school but teachers don’t teach. Many go outside to study and rest drop out. Mid-day meal is served regularly but higher officers don’t inspect after complaints. Teachers are found intoxicated often.
