Ramkailash Kol is visiting Champagarh village in Jaba block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where dalit and adivasi villagers tell him that they are poor daily wage laborers and live in small huts and hardly get any electricity at their homes but have got dues of around Rs 30-50,000 on their electricity bills.
