Our village has electricity but we don't, officers don't listen, please call to help...

Ravi Pandre traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Shitlapara in Dhansera village of Narharpur tehsil of Kanker district in Chhattisgarh where people tell him that they have 40 houses but around 10 of them don’t have electricity. They live in dark whereas rest of the village has electricity.They have requested officers many times but they don’t help.
