Names in BPL list from 2002 but no ration card issued yet !

Pitbasu Bhoi from Surguja in Chhattisgarh says all of you know about my NREGA non payment case.But today I want to talk about issues of others in my village.The day Human Rights commission came to enquire about my case they also went to Panchayat bhavan which was closed. The ration shop was open but did not have any kerosene, sugar or salt. Some people in my village have their names on the BPL list from 2002 but they have not got ration cards yet. Poeple have applied for pension from last year but no response yet. People are suffering. For more Mr Bhoi can be reached at 07509106949
