Poles were brought 4 years ago but no electricity yet, Pls call officers to help...

Kalawati Garhewal traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Chhingatola under Mana village, Baihar block of Balaghat district in Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell her that 20 families don’t have electricity though poles were brought 4 years ago.
