Dalit student beaten up by teacher for touching drinking water

Sarita Gautam from Allahabad says earlier this month on 3rd September in Kaushambi district of Uttar Pradesh a Dalit student was beaten up by a teacher when he touched the drinking water. When I called up the Superitendent of Police and also the nearby police station they did not give me any proper reply.
