Railway not paying people appointed on contract in crossings from 6 months...

JM Rangeela is calling from Gomiya station under Bermo sub division of Bokaro district in Jharkhand and talking to Pyarelal who tells him that 8 of them are working as Gate councilors on level crossings from October 2014 between Gomiya and Chainpur stations through outsourcing but still haven’t got their payment in 6 months.
