Officers misbehave, don't give ration card because we're dalit, allege villagers

Ramashankar is visiting Belgava village and panchayat in Jaba tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to villagers who tell him that many Dalit-Adivasis there don’t have ration cards and token and not getting subsidized foodgrains from more than a year. This was complained to local officers but they misbehave and don’t respond because they are dalits, a woman alleges.
