Special Gramsabha for forest rights but people don't know, so no applications...

JM Rangeela is calling from Siari village of Gomia block, Bokaro district in Jharkhand and talking to villagers who are part of a special Gram Sabha by state Govt to get applications for Forest Rights in each forest village. In this Gram Sabha only one application has been made today. Villagers say not enough notice was given and the special drive is turning out to be a farce as in past.
