Only hand pump gives water on alternative days, Also don't have ration cards...

Govind Pandro has reached Regulcheru village under Amarao panchayat in Kuknur tehsil of West Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh where villagers tell him in Gondi that 200 Adivasis live here who came from Sukma district of Chhattisgarh 10 years ago. They have one handpump which gives water in alternative days so they need to walk 3 kms for water. They also don’t have ration cards.
