Only hand pump broken from 6 months, we fetch water from far, Please help...

Jagdish is calling from Dabhaura village in Jaba tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to villagers who says the hand pump is broken from 6 months in their mohalla so 200 people are suffering. They fetch water from far away. This was complained to officials 3 times but no action has been taken.
