Many diseases in monsoon, people dependent on quacks

Dilip Jaiswal is telling about bad situation of health services in Surguja district of Chhattisgarh which has gone worse in monsoon. He interviews a woman who has walked long distance to get treatment for her relative. He says there are many patients mainly suffering from malaria and other diseases but they are dependent on quacks.
