Jagdish is calling from Dabhaura village of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to villagers who tell him that their hand pump is broken from more than a year and around 250 people are getting water from long distance. They have appealed to officials many times and have also complained on 181 ( CM helpline) but they are not responding.
