Ravikant Pandre is calling from Saye village of Jhingi Panchayat, Kudu block, Lohardaga district in Jharkhand and talking to Anganwadi worker Koyal Oram who says Anganwadi centre was built 25 years ago and is broken from 10 years. They are teaching children under a tree. There is no water or toilet.
