We got some electricity but no bills from 3 years, we fear they send it together...

Amar Maravi traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Chadra village of Jhingi panchayat, Kudu block, Lohardaga district in Jharkhand where villagers tell him that they have got electricity from 3 years but have not got any bills yet. They are frightened that govt will send all the bills together. electricity is not sufficient and regular.
