Sarla Shriwas traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Dhoba village of Tati Panchayat, Kudu block, Lohardaga district in Jharkhand and talking to women who tell her that there are 3 hand pumps for the village of 700 people. Hand pumps dry up in summer and they fetch water from a well at 1 km distance. They are requesting officers from long but no one listens.
