Kalawati Garhewal traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Dumaitoli village Pakhar panchayat in Kisko block of Loharadaga district in Jharkhand where villagers tell him that there 6 handpumps in the village for 1500 people but 3 of them are broken from long.
