6 handpumps for 100 adivasi families, 3 broken, officers not listening, pls help...

Ravikant Pandre has reached Ghotap Nagpur village under Pakhar panchayat in Kisko block of Lohardaga district in Jharkhand where villager tell him that there are 6 handpumps for 100 Adivasi families but 3 of them are broken from long. They are facing difficulties and complained to officials but no one is paying attention.
