NREGA : Bank could not make passbooks in 5 years!

Saroj Paraste is talking to a farmer Bishan bhai in village Kumarjhar in Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh who tell her that they opened a bank account for NREGA payments now 5 years ago but they are yet to get their passbooks. They have visited the bank in the city many times. This causes them loss of work but still they are yet to get the passbook.
