Shivlal Usendi traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Pata Heerapur village under Virsaypet panchayat in Utnur tehsil of Adilabad district in Telangana where villagers tell him that they have a school in their village but the teacher does not come because road is broken.
