Chandmani Shandil travelling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Silipunji village in Gurundia block of Sundargadh district in Odisha where villagers tell her in Sadri language that the road which is used by around 10,000 people there is in a bad condition and it is difficult to walk in rain.
