Chandmani Shandil traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached village Dhangada, panchayat-Dajing, Block-Lahunipara of district Sundargarh in Odisha where villagers tell her in Sadri language that though there are 35 children below the age of 6 but there is no anganwadi.
