No handpump in weekly market , so need to walk a km to get water, pls help...

Naresh Bunkar is calling from village-Rukhmidadar, panchayat-Kandavani, block-Pandariya of district Kabirdham in Chhattisgarh. A weekly market is assembled there from two years but because there is no handpump in the market adivasis need to go a km to get drinking water.
