Dilip Behera traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Kustiguda village under Kandiguma Panchayat in Thuamul Rampur block of Kalahandi district in Odisha and talking to Asha health workers who tell him that they are working in remote areas where Govt has given mobile sim to all of them but there is no network.
