Naresh Bunkar is visiting Maradabra village under Teliyapani panchayat which is situated in the hill in Pandariya block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh where children tell him that there is no handpump in their village primary school and they are forced to drink dirty water from nullah from far and fall ill due to it.
