Chandmani Shandil is calling from Prakritipali village of Gursangh panchayat, Balkot block, Devgarh district in Odisha and talking to Gouri Pradhan who says Kerosene oil and food grains are distributed irregularly with higher than govt rate in their panchayat. If one goes late then they are sent back saying stock is over.
