Electric poles came 5 years back, No electricity yet, No one listens, Pls help...

Amar Maravi traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Jirrapara village under Vishrampur panchayat of Kondagaon district in Chhattisgarh where villagers tell him that electric pole was erected around 5 year back but they don’t have electricity yet as there is no wire in poles.
