Wells sanctioned in NREGA last year still incomplete, Officers say no money...

J.M. Rangeela is visiting Udda mohalla in Siyari village and panchayat in Gomiya block of Bokaro district in Jharkhand where villagers tell him that wells were sanctioned to 10 of them under NREGA in 2013-14 but only 4 wells are completed remaining 6 are still pending.
