Brokers took grazing land for building factory without Gram Sabha permission...

Chandmani Shandil is calling from Chikatmatti village in Lathikata block of Sundargarh district in Odisha where Adivasi villagers tell her in Sadri language that brokers took 4 acres 54 decimal grazing land in lease to built a factory without permission of Gram Sabha in 2008 but villager did not know about it.
