Transformer broke 6 months ago, no kerosene, adivasis forced to live in dark...

Jagdish is visiting Latiyar village of Rewa District in Madhya Pradesh where Adivasi women tell him that their village transformer was burnt 6 months ago and they are forced to live in the dark. They have complained to officials many times but no action has been taken. They don’t have connectivity but bill is coming regularly. They also don’t get kerosene oil in subsidized shops.
