Ramkailash Kol is calling from Babulal Tola village of Ghuman Panchayat, Jaba Tehsil, Rewa district in MP and talking to villagers who say that toilets were sanctioned under Swachchh Nirmal Gram Yojna in 2012-13 but no progress has been made in construction yet.
